Mia Tyler celebrated the 2024 Grammys with her son Axton!

The pair attended the Jam for Janie Grammys viewing party hosted by her dad Steven Tyler. The annual event helps benefit Janie's Fund — a non-profit Steven created to help girls who have experienced abuse and neglect.

Axton, 6, wore a graphic t-shirt and red tuxedo jacket and proudly posed with his mom on the red carpet. For her look, Mia wore a casual all-black outfit.

The rocker, 75, loves being a grandfather. In 2018, he told PEOPLE that his grandkids refer to him as "Papa Stevie."

“The really young ones, like Mia’s son Ax, don’t know me yet. When they get a little older and know me, see me on TV, I think things will change," he told PEOPLE at the time. Last June, Steven posed for a sweet photo with his daughter and grandson that was shared on Instagram.

Sunday's event marked the Aerosmith frontman's first appearance after fracturing his larynx in 2023.

"My throat's been better, but it is on the mend. And out of all things, I've decided to take the advice not from my doctors, but from the girls at Janie's house," he told event attendees.

Mia also told PEOPLE that her famous dad is doing "much better," but tends to not follow doctor's orders at times.

"He's not supposed to be talking sometimes, so I have to literally yell at him and be like, 'You can't be on the phone with me right now, lets just text,' You can't shut him up — he can't close that mouth," she teased while adding that he's "very healthy." Her dad's vocal injury occurred during a performance with his band in September 2023.

"I am heartbroken to not be out there with Aerosmith, my brothers and the incredible Black Crowes, rocking with the best fans in the world. I promise we will be back as soon as we can," he wrote in a personal message to his fans that announced the need to postpone Aerosmith's farewell tour.
