Click the start menu, then right click on “Computer”, and choose “Manage”.

Expand “Services and Applications”, choose “Services”. Find and double-click on “Wired AutoConfig” (Danish: “Automatisk konfiguration af 802.3-netværk”).

Change “Startup type” to “Automatic”. Click the “Start” button in this dialog. Close the dialog by pressing “OK”, and close the “Computer Management” window.

Click the network tray icon and click “Open Network and Sharing Center”.

Click “Change adapter settings”.

Right-click on you “Local Area Conenction” and choose “Properties”.

Choose the “Authentication” tab. Ensure that “authentication method” is set to “Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP)”. Click “Settings”.

Click the “Configure” button.

Uncheck the checkbox “Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any)”. Click OK, and click OK to in the “Protected EAP Properties” dialog.

Click “Additional Settings”.

Check the checkbox “Specify authentication mode”. Choose “User authentication” in the dropdown. Click “Replace credentials”.

Set your username and password.

Wait a short while (usually 5-10 seconds), and a dialog should appear asking you to validate the server’s credentials. Click Connect.
Note: If this dialog does not appear within a minute, unplug and replug your network cable.

Choose “Public network” when asked about network location.
