Dylan O'Brien will be officially saying goodbye to his Teen Wolf days as the show that began his rise to stardom comes to a close this summer. But despite the fact that we have 10 episodes left, he's already hitting us hard with the nostalgia.

In a panel at Comic Con, Just Jared Jr reports that Dylan spoke out about how he feels having filmed the 100th (and final) episode of the series. “It’s nothing but emotional now that it’s over,” he said. “For me, this will always be such a special thing. This was my first part ever.”

He went on to look back at getting the call that he scored the role of Stiles. To him, Teen Wolf has been and always will be a family. Dylan added,"I’ll always miss this character and this show. It’s sad. It makes me super emotional. I’m getting shaky just talking about it right now."

The 25-year-old actor also related being on the show to being a huge learning opportunity for him. Having to forego the typical high school experience, he felt that what he learned on-set was just as valuable. “This show became my entire school that I went to every day to learn what I was doing on set, being in front of the camera and learning about the whole process I was in love with," he said. "This show started that way, and it became home even when I did another thing, I couldn’t wait to return home. I would get so excited to come back to Stiles. I’ll always look back at Stiles being my ultimate favorite.”

So though an era is coming to a close, it seems Dylan Teen Wolf will always have a special place in his heart. Check out the latest trailer for the final installment of the series below:
