Super agent Mino Raiola has told Swedish fans he'll do all he can to convince Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to quit his international retirement.
Just moments after Sweden's stunning World Cup playoff triumph over Italy last night, thoughts went to Ibrahimovic and the prospect of him joining the squad in Russia.
His agent, Raiola, texted Expressen to say: "I cannot say for Zlatan's behalf that he would say no if the national team called.
"If it's up to me, I'll deliver him personally,"
Sweden team manager Lars Richt says it was not the time to discuss Ibra.
"It is clear that I cannot say anything about it. We are celebrating today and are not talking about next year. Now is now. Let's enjoy this," said Richt.
Meanwhile, Hull City midfielder Sebastian Larsson also remarked: "We will take on that matter another day."
