Abbey Clancy took to her IG Stories with a bikini selfie while enjoying herself at a spa, and she’s looking seriously strong. She captioned the pic ‘spa time’, and it looks as though she’s been working on her core.

Now, don’t get us wrong, the Britain’s Next Top Model star (and soon to be the face of a new Victoria’s Secret collection) is genetically blessed – she said so herself – but she does do what she can to build her muscles and help her energy levels where she can.

She previously told Radio One: ‘I like to work out when I feel tired or sluggish because it's not a weight maintenance thing as I'm lucky genetically.’

She also has her own PT, James Blum. She posted a photo with him while the pair were doing a TRX workout, with the caption: ‘@jamesblum_pt let’s go 💪💪💪.’

Aside from strength training with James, Abbey's go-to is Pilates. 'I hate running, I can't do it but I love a family bike ride or pushing the pram with my 20 million stone baby!' she quipped to Your Fitness Today. 'Then the toning element comes from reformer Pilates, I love it.'

And despite him being an athlete, Abbey doesn’t train with husband Peter Crouch. ‘I never work out with Pete,’ she told Health & Wellbeing. ‘He does so much for his job already and even keeps it up on holiday, going for a run or hitting the gym and that's a little too dedicated for me!’

She added: ‘I think everybody exercises for different reasons, whether it's stress relief, to lose weight, tone up or for their overall health. For me it makes a massive difference to my energy levels and muscle tone.’

‘But you have to make time to exercise, it's important,’ she told HELLO!. ‘Especially with my job. I need to keep in shape and keeping fit is a nice release. You feel healthy and strong and that's my motivation. It makes me feel good.’

She’s big on eating healthy, too. She previously shared her ideal morning routine on IG, featuring a trip to Surrey’s The Juice Smith, where she orders an avocado bagel, fruit-covered pancakes, a green juice, and a turmeric latte. Yum.
