Communication of expected delivery date…

Communication of expected delivery date was many days after order has been done. For the purpose of transparency, it would be great to get an estimated date even if it gets changed later on.

A bit slow delivery

I bought clothes from 3 websites the same day and babysam is the earliest one. But the package from babysam sent out 2-3 days later than the others.

Very bad experience for order baby…

Very bad experience for order baby pakker. First I signed up for all my information and phone number. Then Baby Sam sell my phone number to insurance company. They contacted me many times to sell insurance 😡
Not only that, I have been asking for babypakker at Baby Sam in Odense for 4 times but they always said “SOLD OUT”
I will never recommend anyone to order babypakker from Baby Sam and support them 😤😤😤

When you ordered your free baby box, you also gave permission for your information to be passed on to div. companies.

You can withdraw your permit by sending an email to Nordic Family Group, which also states the conditions approved.

We are sorry that the baby box has been completely sold out, but there should be more on the way, so they will be in all our stores soon.

They don’t have price match

They don’t have price match, they don’t look 8 times per day (as is said on their website)
Anyway, the same day I’ve send them the email about having a bigger price on a stroller compared with jollyroom, the same day Jollyroom changed their price.
Could be a coincidence, but really now, in the same f*ucking day?
So don’t do like me, don’t try to tell them

We do have Pricematch, but we have some rules regarding the price match

- The item must be sold from a Danish-owned webshop or store.
- The item must be the same model, color, and size.
- The item must be in stock with the competitor at the time of the price match.

And it is correct, the prices can change several times in one day

And if I look into your case, I can see it was not the same color and in the second case it was not a Danish Webshop.

I have ordered three items and received…

I have ordered three items and received only two items. The full amount was deducted 8 days after the delivery, I was thinking that the amount was not deducted because one item is missing and will be delivered in a separate package. Apparently it isn’t the case. Sent an e-mail to customer care, no response even after 6 days.

Bad customer service

I was today at Baby Sam Lyngby with my husband and the sales asisstant(a middle age men) looked disturbed when my husband asked for a priced wich was not shown for a product and then he did not looked very helpfull responding to my husband questions with ,,what”.
