My favorite part about my job is watching my clients grow and meet their goals, it is so fulfilling to be able to take the journey of healing alongside my clients. My interest in family therapy is the component of connection that brings people together regardless of their differences. With a narrative and structural therapeutic approach, I focus on integrating my client's goals into their newfound life stories. I enjoy doing this while also leaning into mindfulness and positive psychology interventions. I am also Prepare and Enrich certified and dedicated to providing the necessary tools to all couples through premarital counseling.

I became a therapist because it felt like a job made for me, I love investing into others. I am currently a graduate student therapist at Mercer University School of Medicine with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. In my approach I provide structured therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families at all stages of their journey.

My proverb for therapy is when you’re ready for change, consistency is the key to sustaining your growth.
