No cnc I used solid works to model it mastercam to program it took about 5 hours to model it and change it half dozen times and machine it

I had the honor of milling a Glock slide for one of them sights. the Volstro attachment for the Bridgeport did a very nice job on the radius. Probably never use it again

They are pretty tough to mill they are heat treated about 40 Rockwell I would guess.
