Abbey Clancy opened up about her anxiety and revealed that she seeks help from hypnotherapy to deal with it.

During her recent interview about her latest podcast show Exhibit A with MailOnline, she talked about her anxiety struggle and revealed her habit of worrying ‘scares her.’

The American model told the outlet, “I really suffer from health anxiety, and the worst thing you can do is Google symptoms,” adding, “It is something that I always do, and I have had to train myself out of it.”

“I do scare myself sometimes with self-diagnosing, which I don't recommend anyone to do,” the mother of four continued, “But this is something I've been working on, and I have tried hypnotherapy for it, and it does work. It does work.”

“She went on to say, “To be just changing your thought process. I do catastrophize everything. I'm just a huge worrier. So I always go to the worst case scenario and not be completely rational when it comes to... ‘Oh, could it be this, or this is gonna happen.’”

“It's a horrible thing to have, but it is something I am dealing with, and I've spoken about it on our podcast before,” Abbey said referring to her and her husband podcast the Therapy Crouch airs on Acast Creator Network.

Moreover, Abbey shared that she will have a chat with doctors on her podcast to help people from everyday life and stress as she believes the world is suffering from an ‘anxiety pandemic’.

It's pertinent to mention that Abbey has launched her new venture Exhibit A today, 22 April on different podcast streaming platforms, where she will chat with guests about the secrets to a successful life.
