Blinis with smoked Norwegian salmon

Blinis are perfect for starters, tapas or snacks and is often served with different toppings. The small, savoury pancake is perfect with a topping of Norwegian smoked salmon and horseradish creme.

Preparation

  • Make the blinis according to your own recipe or purchase ready-made blinis.
  • Cut the Norwegian smoked salmon into thin slices with a filleting knife.
  • Grate horseradish and finely chop the parsley.
  • Mix the creme fraiche, grated horseradish, finely chopped parsley and season with lemonjuce, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the small radishes into thin slices.
  • Assemble the blinis with horseradish cream, salmon, a slice of radish and top with fresh curly parsley.
