You can always find all your patterns here on Etsy.

If you click your profile picture in the top right or bottom right corner (depending on which device you’re using) a pop up menu will appear. If you click the button with purchases & reviews you’ll get right to all your Etsy purchases you’ve ever made. Here you'll find a button to download the pattern.

You’re NOT able to download digital items on the Etsy app - only an internet browser.
