Abbey Clancy has admitted to showing her party guests the video of the birth of her daughter Sophia.

The Strictly Come Dancing winner and wife of footballer Peter Crouch had her sister film the birth in 2011.

"Every time Pete and I have a party and we've had a few, the birth video goes on," Clancy told Marie Claire. "I think everyone I know has seen it. I shouldn't say that really, should I? Haha."

She added of Crouch: "He's such a capable dad, he's unbelievable. Since day one, he's been so hands-on - it's like she's got two mums.

"He's better than me. Without being weird and wrapping her up in cotton wool, he is obsessed with her. He will play with her, bath her, feed her, dress her."

She continued: "I think it's important to keep your own identity when you've got a baby. My mum was always a working mum.

"I don't think it's something you should feel guilty about, even though you miss them. I think it's important to work."

Asked about maintaining her privacy, Clancy said: "Honestly I don't buy papers or the weeklies.

"I think when something messy does happen, you just need your closest friends and family all around you and it's nothing to do with anyone else."

She added: "I think that's the hardest part of all this - you can't have a little hiccup in private."
