October 1, 2021 - From 2011 bottling. First day OK but second day took on more depth and more complexity. Gorgeous carnelian color. Flavors come in waves. First comes rich coffee with a little lemon, then cinnamon graham crackers, then at the end pomegranates and dried sultanas/raisins on the really long finish. Hold on your palette for a while. Alternates between sweet and savory, with sweet winning over a slightly hot, acidic core. Absolutely delicious, well structured, and fun to drink, especially after dinner. Invites conversation. Recommended.

November 21, 2017 - Quite deep and slightly cloudy. A 2014 bottling. The end of an era. Full, tasty, wood impact is not 100% clean, or perhaps more about this being rooted in a different time.

February 19, 2017 - Portugal med Munskänkarna Tyresö (Kvarnhjulet, Tyresö): Tegelröd. Doft av sultanrussin och kanderat socker. Söt, fyllig smak av sultanrussin och saffran.
