This is a good solid resin piece and it looks very cool on a shelf. It is perfect for any Jurassic Park fan and it is heavy enough to be a paperweight as well. The resin is very clear and the perfect coloration. Only drawback, and not a big one, is that the mosquito image is a flat piece, so you can't see it from the side. I included pictures to illustrate. Overall, a very good value.

I mean... he did, only because it was a gift from me- but the look on his face was one of "it's the thought that counts". The mosquito in the center is a flat image on clear plastic... Really...? I paid how much? For something I could have made a better version of with a Real Mosquito and resin for cheaper? Didn't even have to use a real mosquito- you can make a fake one, but a flat image in amber colored resin? I feel cheated. Whatever. it's an over-priced paperweight that thinks that because it's Jurassic Park it can cut corners.
