Bobby is a real icon and he even knew the maker Hans Bauer, the man behind the Echolette make. Jeff Beck is one of his customers. He´s just the man for this beautys and their revision. This unit was at his place one month ago. He changed everything neccesary (caps, resistors etc.) cleaned and adjusted the device. Fresh tape for sure and you will even get two brand new ones within this package. Original Power Suply is included. It comes with it´s original Telefunken Tubes except one excellent Valvo tube. All tubes where tested and work good to very good.
I cannot find the right words for the sound of these things. I got obsessed by it and i have just to many of them here at home, that´s the reason for me to sell this one. Check some videos and articels about the function of the Echolette NG51. besides the unbelivable great echo tones, it is the best sounding preamp i´ve ever heard for a guitar. The red marks that you will see on the front are removable marks from Bobby to show the sweet spots of the play heads. Be sure to get a full functional Bobby Stadel revised unit you will keep forever. You won´t find any better. Do yourself a favor and check this out!
