I do not recommend getting your feet done here at all. It was a frustrating experience and they still did not get anything right.

The place offers a calm serene setting which is very important to me when I go to get serviced. I don't want to hear loud personal conversations, imo there should be a relaxing atmosphere at the nail salon. As for the services I got, a guy called Andy did my pedi and refill. He did an ok job on my feet, I like for them to really go to work, I had to keep pointing to the sides of my big toes as if I had ingrowns just for him to get in there. Which was no problem for me. End result they looked and felt good. As for my refill, he's the only nail tech that's ever given me a semi manicure while giving me a refill which was a plus for me, but for all the filing he was doing he still left them kinda lumpy and product on my cuticle which caused lifting before my next two week refill was due. They had a lot of colors to choose from which is another plus. Would I go back? Yes, bc I want to see what the other nail techs have to offer. What I would say is if u're using a card they charge a fee, the fact that they make the consumer pay extra to pay them is wild to me. I paid cash ($58) as the guy was passing the $2 back to me he didn't seem so enthused until I passed him a $10 for the tip then his entire mood changed. For the future tho I'll just tell them to charge me an even $70 and give the change to the nail tech bc I don't usually carry cash. Problem solved.

Went recently for manicure and pedicure services for me and my daughter. The atmosphere is clean and the service was provided without waiting. This could have been due to mid-day/mid-week arrival time. Daughter received a refill with designs on every nail and it came out beautiful. Only complaint is that two of her toenails were not lined off with the French white tip. Perhaps an oversight due to distraction.

Not consistent at all. they let too many inexperienced people do nails. I wouldn't recommend because it may be good or they may not be. And getting nails done cost too much to be hoping it come out good.

Amazing service! This was my first time visiting this establishment and as soon as I walked in I was attended to. I received a pedicure, full gel set and eyebrow wax. Each technician was attentive and took their time. Emma did wonderful on my gel set, I only had to show her a picture of what I was requesting and she fulfilled it, effortlessly! I will definitely be back :)

My first experience with this nail salon and Nija Scott was awesome!‼I really enjoyed her professionalism and the atmosphere was great as well‼‼‼

I think I'm in love! They were great, fast and efficient! I think I've found a new nail salon in Jackson for me!

Customer service was really great! The shop was clean and decorated very nicely. I love that my technician asked how I liked the design after the first nail to ensure that I was getting what I'd asked for. Will definitely be back.

Customer service was great ! I disliked the fact that after showing the picture of what I wanted I was talked out of the shape and length I really wanted. I have air bubbles in my nails. The customer service was great definitely not the work I was looking for. The nails are uneven and all. 85$ gone down the drain :( I only chose this location after the mishap at another location this morning. Please do your research before trusting new shops! Definitely put me n a bad mood

Had a great pedicure. Various ones to choose from. Had the jelly pedicure.
Would recommend it
