Appeared in 14 games, making five starts in midweek games…Struck out 17 in 30 innings of work, walking just five...In his first career start as a Hoosier against Seton Hall (3/3), struck out four in three innings, allowing one run…Had another solid start at Evansville (3/15), allowing, one run in three innings, punching out two…Picked up his first career victory at Xavier (4/20), tossing four innings of shutout ball…Was strong in relief against Kentucky (5/10), striking out three and not allowing a base runner in 2.2 innings…Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.
