She Works With Trainers

Vang opened up about her diet and exercise secrets in this blog post. She says that she loves to work with a personal trainer and goes to classes at the gym. "I mix the training and diet from my book, with classes with Hermann from Target Power Gym, which is quite new for me. Anne Bech, who I usually train with, has just had a lovely baby boy, so I had to change the saddle a bit in that connection, and got a recommendation from Anne Lindfjeld about Hermann."

She Eats Reduced Fat Food

Vang opened up about her current approach to eating in her blog post. She says that she eats foods that have little fat. "I eat completely low-fat, in order to reach my goal, and have actually started ordering food on Fitness-food.dk when I can't quite figure it out. Right now, when I'm in Jutland, I've had it sent home so that my mother doesn't have to think about separate food for me. It's not the one in the picture, thank god!"

She Sticks With Her Plans

Vang writes that when she is working on getting in shape, she doesn't stray from her plan. "I simply can't figure out such a thing as cheat days," she says in her blog. "Then I just fall into a huge sugar/fat/wine hole. For me, it's either or, and when my goal is reached, I can live more normally, because this is not fun in the long run + I would disappear!"

She Loves Pilates

Vang likes to do Pilates as a way to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself on a reformer. Pilates has a lot of benefits. "As far as what muscles Pilates works, it's technically considered a total body workout," The Houston Methodist reports. "The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities. This is no easy feat, which is what makes Pilates a great way to build strength and stamina."

She Swims

As you can see from her latest Instagram post, Vang loves to spend time in the water. She shares a lot of posts on her page of herself swimming. She shared this reel of herself swimming in a pool with her daughter. She also shared these photos of herself walking out of the ocean. Vang captioned it, "I've simply reached the 'swimsuit age.' It is found in Spain."
