2006 Mini Cooper S JCW 6-Speed

This 2006 Mini Cooper S is equipped with the John Cooper Works Tuning Kit and is finished in British Racing Green Metallic over Panther Black leatherette upholstery. Powered by a supercharged 1.6-liter inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transaxle, the car also has 17″ OZ Racing wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, a sunroof, heated front seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, a Parrot Bluetooth phone module, supplementary AutoMeter gauges, and automatic climate control. Acquired by the seller in 2017, this R53 Cooper S has 88k miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a JCW Certificate of Authenticity, a tool kit, recent parts invoices, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in British Racing Green Metallic with a silver roof and hood stripes, and it features xenon headlights, fog lights, a sunroof, checkered mirror caps, a hood scoop, a rear spoiler, and twin center-exit exhaust outlets. The hood stripes are faded, dents are present on roof and behind the left-rear wheel arch, and additional photos of paint chips and imperfections are viewable in the gallery below.

Silver-finished 17″ OZ Racing wheels are mounted with 205/45 Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires. The power steering fluid was flushed in August 2021. The seller notes a brief squeaking sound when the car is moved after sitting overnight.

The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Panther Black leatherette, and equipment includes heated front seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, checkered floor mats, a Parrot Bluetooth phone receiver, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The outer driver’s seat bolster is worn.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a column-mounted 8k-rpm tachometer as well as AutoMeter gauges for oil pressure and boost. A 150-mph speedometer with integrated fuel-level and coolant temperature gauges are mounted in the center of the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 88k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.
