It is such an amazing pattern and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing these amazing quilts in the fabric flesh!  They are mind boggling with their geometric lines and colour flow.

The pattern is a paper pieced pattern and actually contains 3 variations.

The Building Block hexagons, Hexagon and The Flower Quilt.

For those that love abstracts and engineering this quilt will be right up your alley!

The instructions are easy and well laid out, there are colour design pages to play with and options for laying out the log cabin.  You could also enlarge or shrink the template to create spectacular versions of the Twisted Log Cabin.
